This balanced day involves both lecture and pool sessions, helping you to use the properties of water and intensity progressions to create a fun and challenging class. SPEEDO DEEP CERTIFICATION It is recommended that the Speedo Shallow is a minimum requirement for this training course. Buoyancy equipment is evaluated to allow you to recommend for students. This module bridges shallow to deep water techniques identifying the differences for deep water, to enable targeting for cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance encouraging full range of motion for flexibility improvement using the SPEEDO formula.
